Meet our new Non-Executive Director

We’re delighted to announce that Mark Brunning has joined Levick Stanley as our new Non-Executive Director.

Mark brings with him a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry – leading, scaling and advising some of the most successful firms in the industry. Over his career, he’s launched businesses, grown teams and delivered results across the UK, Europe, North America and Asia, and successfully navigated major M&A deals. Along the way, he’s built a reputation for combining big-picture thinking with an understanding of what makes a business tick day-to-day.

His appointment comes at a pivotal moment for us. While some of the industry’s biggest names are announcing challenging results – Hays, Pagegroup and Robert Walters among them – we’ve seen our own net fees grow by 9% in the past year. Permanent and fixed-term placements are up 40%. 

We put that down to staying close to our clients and candidates, keeping our delivery model lean and high-touch, and making smart use of new tools without losing the personal approach we’re known for.
