Join a market leader in sustainable environmental services undergoing a major digital transformation. We’re looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to lead group-wide data strategy, unify siloed systems, and shape the future of data products across a complex, multi-division organisation.

You’ll own the data roadmap, drive platform integration, and enable AI/ML capabilities—all while championing data as a key business asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the enterprise data product strategy.
• Drive integration of ERP, CRM, HR, and other systems via modern API standards.
• Transform raw operational data into curated, actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for compliance and business intelligence.
• Lead governance, data ownership, and cross-business alignment.
• Support AI and ML enablement across group divisions

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in data product management, ideally with a data engineering background.
• Strong understanding of Azure, Databricks, and modern data architectures (Data Mesh, DaaP).
• Proven success in building data strategies and delivering enterprise-scale integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for turning data into measurable business value
