Head of Transformation

A Leading International Law Firm is looking for a Head of Transformation.

London Office – Hybrid

£115k-£125k + bonus (up to 8%) plus bens.

Reporting to the COO the Head of Transformation role will be pivotal to helping establish a centre of excellence for change delivery to support integrated business planning, the realisation of the Firm’s strategy & operational improvements. This role will be supported by a team of project managers and a Business Analyst. This is an exciting and newly created opportunity to join an International Law Firm going through a major transformation.

Required:
A proven track record of directing the delivery of a complex change portfolio, with experience in both business and technical change.
Evidence of building organisational change capability and maturity, having developed, coached, and mentored executives and change delivery teams.
Experience operating in matrix environments, across multiple jurisdictions (preferably within Professional Services).
Ideally you will have previously worked in a similar position in Legal or Professional Services
