ERP Delivery Director

We’re supporting a growing consultancy in the search for an experienced Director-level Oracle Delivery leader to join their expanding practice.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys overseeing complex Oracle programmes, and can lead high-performing delivery teams across multiple engagements.

💼 The Role:

You’ll be responsible for leading the successful delivery of multiple Oracle projects across a varied client portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered effectively, commercially, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing end-to-end Oracle programme delivery

• Managing and mentoring delivery teams across multiple projects

• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor

• Leading client meetings and representing the consultancy at senior stakeholder level

• Ensuring projects are delivered cost-effectively and in line with expectations

• Supporting wider practice growth and strategic delivery initiatives

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering Oracle programmes within a consultancy environment

• Background working within a Big Four or similar consulting business preferred

• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP, HCM, and Supply Chain modules

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and delivery teams

• Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management skills

• Confident, outgoing, and highly client-facing
