Business Change Manager

A leading Law firm is recruiting for a Business Change Manager

Hybrid role – you will be required to work 2-3 days p/w in the Bristol or London office

£60k-70k + Bens (may be flex on basic)

You will sit at the heart of this transformation, focusing on the people side of change to identify and manage key stakeholders and maximise employee adoption across all our offices. Driving faster adoption, higher utilisation, and increased proficiency with the changes that impact employees to ensure the programme delivers outcomes of benefit.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and apply a change management process and create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the programme.
• Conduct employee impact analysis and identify key stakeholders.
• Support and engage senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Keep stakeholders engaged while the firm undergoes change or transformation.
• Minimize the risks involved with unsuccessful organisational change initiatives.
• Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
• Integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Consult and coach project teams in business change

Experience Required:

• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent active listening skills
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
• Change management certification or designation desired
• Experience of digital transformation programmes across geographies
