Business Change Manager

Location: Bristol / Remote with occasional travel

Contract: Fixed-term contract

We’re looking for a Change Manager to play a key role in a major integration programme following a recent acquisition within the accommodation sector.

This is a high-impact, end-to-end role where you’ll support the integration of a newly acquired brand into a larger organisation, ensuring a smooth transition across people, processes, and systems.

You’ll work across multiple workstreams, helping to embed new ways of working while ensuring teams are supported, informed, and ready for change.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead change management activities across a large-scale integration programme
• Assess and define change impacts across roles, teams, and operations
• Support the transition of teams into new processes and ways of working
• Work closely with stakeholders to map roles, responsibilities, and readiness needs
• Partner with L&D to deliver a robust onboarding and training experience
• Ensure all colleagues have the tools, systems access, and support required
• Collaborate with Communications teams to deliver clear, targeted messaging
• Align change activity across programmes to avoid conflicts and change fatigue
• Identify and manage change risks at a business-wide level
• Support delivery across key milestones including Day 1 readiness and operational rollout

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in change management, ideally within integration or transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of business readiness and change impact assessment
• Ability to build relationships quickly and influence stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and drive progress independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working across people, process, and systems change

Desirable

• Experience supporting M&A or business integration activity
• Familiarity with complex system environments (e.g. CRM/ERP platforms)
