Agile Delivery Manager – Remote

An innovative SaaS company is recruiting for a permanent Agile Delivery Manager.

Remote

£85,000 + bonus and excellent benefits package

The Agile Delivery Manager will be accountable for managing the delivery of work within a number of agile development teams working on product development projects.

You will be responsible for planning, leading, and delivering complex technology initiatives

You will come from a strong software delivery background with plenty of recent agile experience.

Key Experience:

A technical delivery background in software development (as a Project Manager, Dev or QA)
Leading and managing teams using both agile and non-agile methodologies
Strong SaaS or Software product environment (API knowledge is a bonus)
Ability to work under pressure with demanding timescales
Ability to work in a collaborative environment with other technical disciplines
Ability to produce and maintain high quality project, process and governance documentation
At ease leading agile ceremonies
Extensive understanding of software development processes and design (preferably from a hands-on development background)
A positive and forward thinking attitude and experience of people motivation when things get tough!
Ability to work closely and collaboratively with the Product Owners, BA’s, QA’s, Technical Leads
Experience working at tech startups or fast growing businesses is a bonus
