Solution Architect

A Solution Architect is required on a contract basis for a global, online retailer, based in Central London.

The Solution Architect will be working on a Customer Care Platform that provides Contact Centre capabilities to the business.

A background in data architecture, business intelligence, Azure and predominantly Microsoft stack technologies is key.

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing Azure based solutions to integrate Contact Centre packages with the rest of the estate hosted in Azure.

Experience in providing pragmatic, tactical interim solutions with a strong hands-on development background is required.

Any experience on customer care/contact centre projects is a huge bonus, as is experience with Kubernetes.

This is a 6 month initial contract, based in Central London.
