• A local authority are looking for an experienced Services Manager based in Swindon.

The client are developing a modern, effective, and efficient end-to-end Technology Enabled Care (TEC) service and need a Services Manager to support its design and implementation.

• Demonstrable experience of people management and understanding the impact of change management
• Proven ability to understand and maximise the use of data to improve the quality and performance of a service.
• Strong experience promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Able to manage conflict and identify solutions.
• Demonstrable evidence of resilience.
