Senior Transformation Manager Enterprise PMO Agile

A SAFe/Agile Transformation Manager is required for a leading Telco, based in London.

The role is a 12-18 month contract with the salary up to £106k + full benefits package for the duration OR a daily rate contract (Rate TBC).

The company is moving from waterfall into a common agile way of working. The SAFe transformation manager will take the company on a journey and transform capabilities. The candidate will also help design and build a centralised PMO.

Other key responsibilities:

-Cultural transformation into agile in an end to end journey moving from PRINCE2 to Agile

-Identify the operational considerations and requirements that will form the transformational scope for Agile across the corporate business

-Create viable options for achieving the agile ambition, with recommendations and modelled business cases as appropriate

-Define and deliver a programme of transformation activities that will move to the To Be to agreed time, cost and quality metrics, embedding sustainable ways of working going forwards

-Provide ongoing internal marketing, knowledge transfer and upskilling for stakeholders on the agile agenda

-Contributes to executive reporting up to CEO and Group CTO

Required Experienced:

-SAFe experience, preferably implementing this way of working across a corporate business from a Waterfall environment

-Leading business change and transformation in a complex corporate environment

-Leading complex projects and programmes

-Stakeholder management,  presenting to sponsors, typically up to Managing Directors and CxOs levels

-Track record of delivery

-Agile transformation experience (ability to lead in an ‘agile’ way – flexible resourcing, cross-functional teams, bringing in different people across the business from operating units
