Senior Strategy Manager, revenue growth management
A leading CPG based in Geneva is hiring for a Senior Strategy Manager for revenue growth management.
160k CHF – 175k CHF
15% bonus

As the Senior Strategy Manager you will:
Develop business strategy, considering Company Corporate priorities, commercial & operational principles, as well as the different geographical & trade channels dynamics.
Ensure continuous & high-quality inputs into corporate strategic cycles and business reviews.
Own/drive business development activities together with business units and HQ
Support the Management Team in refining commercialization strategies (Go-to-market, trade terms, retail model, pricing, marketing, organization etc…).
Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain & Finance functions as well as with Regional BUs to define, develop and monitor the portfolio of initiatives able to achieve/exceed the affiliate’s yearly growth objectives.
Identify drivers, issues, and opportunities, and provide various quality analysis and insights to support management’s operational and strategic decisions.
Work on large scale intra-affiliate transformative projects with high value creation impact.
Key experience required:
University Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Sciences.
Substantial professional experience in a leading consulting firm up to minimum of manager level (if no industry experience)
Preferable experience in CPG, FMCG, travel or B2C industries
Ability to translate multiple industry benchmarks and examples into best processes and actions.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including understanding of basic statistics, translating analytics insights into business impact
Advanced project management skills including processes management, customer management and influencing skills to bring the projects to completion in line with expected outcomes.
Ability to productively navigate in the environment with high degree of ambiguity with multiple groups in a cross-functional matrix organization, including high degree of emotional intelligence to properly interpret internal and external customers’ feedback and to adapt accordingly
Autonomy and proactivity in delivering positive impact, i.e. ability to proactively seek, identify, propose, and pursue strategic project opportunities. Ability to independently drive critical initiatives demonstrating influence without formal authority.
Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
High level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, coupled with confirmed presentation skills
