Agile Transformation Lead/Coach

An international specialist Insurer is hiring an Senior Scrum Master/ Agile Practice Lead to drive their transition to agile ways of working, help establish and embed the methodology, principles and best practice to build a more cohesive Business and Technology change and delivery capability. This role will suit a heavily experienced Scrum master, now looking to make a step up to manage a team of scrum masters and adopt a more coaching focused role.

As part of Re &ILS Business unit, reporting to the Re & ILS CTO, you will be responsible for supporting the teams to improve and adapt a blended delivery approach that works for my client. Working closely with key stakeholders across technology and the business, your focus will be to continuously improve product, service and programme delivery. We expect you to have excellent Agile coaching, facilitation and influencing skills as part of your nature. Within this business-critical coordination role you will:

Provide significant delivery experience utilising agile methods for major initiatives
Drive and support organisational change at team, programme, product and service levels
Provide change management expertise across projects and programmes incorporating adaptive and hybrid ways of working to ensure upskilling can be maintained, sustained and retained
Provide technical knowledge to support teams in the transition and adaptation of a blended delivery approach
Collaborate with the wider technology and business change teams to embed new ways of working, driving a shift in culture to focus on user-centric design and delivery practices, upskilling and supporting these teams as they transgress and develop with your support
Guide and support a cross-disciplined squad employing agile values, principles and practices to deliver value to their business across the delivery lifecycle
Required skills/experience

You will have extensive past ScrumMaster experience.
You will have prior knowledge/experience working within Agile delivery environments utilising a Scrum, Kanban frameworks.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong stakeholder management, ability to influence.
Social, engaging and naturally collaborative with the ability to be a servant leader, organising and motivating the squad without the use of authority
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring confidence in conflict resolution and the ability to tailor own style to the audience
Extensive knowledge of Agile methodology and the benefits to Agile product delivery
You will have experience with agile project management and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Miro)
Financial awareness of delivering change in commercial environment
