Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology Practice

Levick Stanley is a specialist recruitment firm, focused on Change, Transformation, Data and Technology. Since 2017, we have built a reputation for long-term partnerships, exclusive relationships and delivering high-quality candidates. 

We are now looking to scale our Technology practice and are hiring an experience Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead it. 

Our structure 

We operate a dedicated two-team model: 

Business Development team – focused on account growth and commercial strategy 

Delivery team – focused on sourcing, screening and candidate management 

This approach allows our employees to focus on their strengths while providing an excellent service to our clients and candidates.  

What this role involves 

This is a business development role, within Technology. We have already been making ad-hoc Tech placements, and are now looking to scale it strategically.  

• Expand Change and Transformation accounts into Technology 

• Build and grow a defined Technology specialism 

• Develop long-term client relationships 

• Work closely with the Delivery team to ensure quality placements 

• Shape the commercial strategy of the practice, alongside the founders
