Senior Project Manager

A large not-for-profit is hiring for a Senior Project Manager for a large technology transformation programme.

-FTC until December 2024
-£60,000-£65,000

-1 day in the office per week (London OR Manchester)

-10% bonus

The Senior Project Manager will plan, organise, and deliver the delivery of the finance transformation portfolio centred on the delivery of a new vendor finance ERP system solution

You will lead an enterprise transformation and deliver a new housing management platform and a new finance system platform. This is complex and is expected to extend to the end of 2024.

Skills and Experience:

·     Experience managing and prioritising portfolios of technical deliverables across functional domains including finance, business and technology.

·     Change management experience

·     Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills within a medium sized company ideally within a commercial supplier/customer organisation

·     Ability to comprehend technical subjects, including finance, data and software development as well as document/translate the basic meaning behind these subjects.

·     Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

·     Experience using DevOps or a similar tool to manage projects throughout the SDLC process

·     Outstanding stakeholder management skills including listening, influencing, and actively responding to senior and mid-level stakeholders. 

·     Self-starting / able to operate on own initiative with minimal supervision.

·     Outcome and result focused.

·     Formal Project management accreditation
