Senior IT Project Manager

A leading housing association / residential developer is recruiting for a Senior IT Project Manager.

-London / Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)

-£60,000-£66,000 base + excellent pension and bonus

-12 month FTC with the strong likelihood of a permanent role to follow

The Senior IT Project Manager will work on and lead a variety of applications, infrastructure, systems and software projects (CRM, finance systems, BI).

This is a newly formed Project Management department so you will have the ability to mould the greenfield ways of working and implement the correct processes from the start.

The role will also focus on up-skilling the business on how to plan and kick off projects.

Key Experience required:

-End to end IT Project Manager experience

-Strong communicator and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders

-Strong planning and scoping experience

-Experience of customer facing projects

-Project reporting

-Project Initiation Documents

-Business case creation / the ability to kick off a new project

-Agile/Waterfall mix
