• London based, 1-2 days in the office

A Programme Manager is required for a not-for profit housing association based in London.

The Programme Manager will work on a large IT transformation programme, helping to deliver a new target operating model and establish a new way of working. You will support the development, co-ordination, and execution of plans and deliverables and ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Requirements:

Highly adept at communication at all levels, internally and externally
Experience of setting budgets, forecasting, and financial planning
7-10 years + delivering IT projects and programmes
Transformation experience
Knowledgeable in change management techniques and application
Ability to plan projects and programmes
Experience in crafting and delivering change management and behavioural change initiatives to embed new ways of working
An ability to apply data and insight in decision making

Desirable:

Housing industry experience
