Product Manager

An industry leading retail technology company is recruiting for a Product Manager to join their expanding global team.

The Product Manager will be responsible for working with the development teams in India and providing them with detailed, prioritised requirements for Retail and E-Commerce requirements.

The role pays up to £50,000 and has a senior reporting line.

The product manager will focus on: understanding and writing requirements/user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, wireframes/ mock- ups/ prototype/ traceability matrix and business processes related to proposed product solutions.

You will be performing gap analysis and value analysis on features, looking ahead at the strategic sprint roadmap, managing the Product Owners in India and help introduce SAFe (Scaled Agile methodology).

Please note, when lockdown restrictions are lifted and international travel is allowed again, there will be frequent trips to India (average 10 days in every 3 months).

Experience:

5+ years’ experience working as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within a product environment
Working with Agile Teams (preferably SAFe)
Be the single point of UK contact for the development teams and ensure that all clarifications pertaining to the requirements and any concerns are responded to proactively and quickly.
Technical/Systems/Development background
Create comprehensive, accurate business and functional requirements and present them clearly to the stakeholders and delivery teams.
Work with Developers, Architects, Development Managers, Business Stakeholders to plan timelines and ensure timely delivery of a high-quality overall solution that meets business requirements.
 Identification and extraction of business requirements.
Collaboration to capture high quality User Stories.
Experience adapting analysis tools and methodologies to ensure a thorough analysis process.
Must have strong analytical and problem solving, interpersonal and client handling skills.
