PMO Manager – FMCG

A PMO Manager is required for a leading FMCG Business

This is a permanent full–time position, based in greater London with a salary of circa £55k + Bonus

The successful candidate will manage the project management office delivery, with a strategic focus on commercial and business change projects  

Key knowledge and skills required:

  • Project Managing governance processes – including set up and management of PMO (5+ years experience)
  • Project Management (3 years+ experience)
  • Experience and understanding of project management methodologies (Prince 2)
  • Developing the portfolio management processes and PPM Systems
  • Driving the development of capability improvement across the business
  • Line managing PMO Analysts
  • Supporting project delivery teams

Responsibilities

  • Management of the portfolio governance
  • Monthly operations reviews
  • Business change portfolio
  • Maintaining and developing the PPM System and PMO Library
  • PMO training to ensure delivery and quality

Desirable

  • PMO qualification
  • Experience of working in Fast Moving Consumer Goods business
