About the Role:
As the PMO Coordinator, you will be a central figure in driving projects forward by ensuring accurate planning, execution, and reporting. You’ll work closely with project teams and leadership, manage tools like Confluence and SharePoint, and support high-profile forums and meetings. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to develop a career in project management, with the potential to manage smaller projects in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage project plans, RAID logs, and roadmap documentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate key project meetings and workshops, including preparing agendas and tracking actions.
- Ensure consistent use of tools like Confluence across teams .
- Create project status reports and provide insights on resources and risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive project success.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- A-Level standard or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in administration and awareness of project management principles (PRINCE2, Agile desirable).
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tools like Confluence and Smartsheet.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex information.
