About the Role:

As the PMO Coordinator, you will be a central figure in driving projects forward by ensuring accurate planning, execution, and reporting. You’ll work closely with project teams and leadership, manage tools like Confluence and SharePoint, and support high-profile forums and meetings. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to develop a career in project management, with the potential to manage smaller projects in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage project plans, RAID logs, and roadmap documentation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate key project meetings and workshops, including preparing agendas and tracking actions.
  • Ensure consistent use of tools like Confluence across teams .
  • Create project status reports and provide insights on resources and risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive project success.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:

  • A-Level standard or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in administration and awareness of project management principles (PRINCE2, Agile desirable).

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tools like Confluence and Smartsheet.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex information.
