People and Change Manager

A People and Change Manager is required for a leading Telco in London.

This is a permanent position with a salary up to circa £60k + Bonus + Benefits

The successful applicant will have extensive People and Change Management experience.

Skills/Experience

  • People Management experience
  • Programme/Project Management experience
  • Leading Communication Strategy and Engagement plan
  • Extensive Change Management experience
  • Managing Systems/Processes as part of a transformation
  • Knowledge of Telecoms/UK Fibre Infrastructure Build is advantageous   
  • Cultural change and practical delivery change
  • Advocate of continuous improvement
