A People and Change Manager is required for a leading Telco in London.
This is a permanent position with a salary up to circa £60k + Bonus + Benefits
The successful applicant will have extensive People and Change Management experience.

- People Management experience
- Programme/Project Management experience
- Leading Communication Strategy and Engagement plan
- Extensive Change Management experience
- Managing Systems/Processes as part of a transformation
- Knowledge of Telecoms/UK Fibre Infrastructure Build is advantageous
- Cultural change and practical delivery change
- Advocate of continuous improvement
