A global FMCG company is hiring for an IT Vendor Manager in a brand new position.

London/Surrey borders
£80,000 – £87,000 + bonus

The IT Vendor Manager will lead all strategic and operational partner/supplier/vendor management across major enterprise tier-1 suppliers plus smaller accounts.

Your responsibilities will include: sourcing strategy, commercial negotiations, onboarding and offboarding, process/ways of work, in contract commercials, budgets, renewals, service escalations, service reviews and continual improvements.

You will manage a new, multi-million £ global IT outsource agreement and rationalising a range of other multi-country contracts.

Key experience:

Expert knowledge of large IT vendor contracts
Strong Background in Contracts and commercial engagements (RFP)
Strong understanding of Supplier Management and Service Level Management
Experience of managing multiple, major tier 1 IT accounts concurrently
Global experience
ITIL Knowledge and certification (SIAM highly desirable)
