Interim Business Change / Operations Manager
A Change / Operations Manager is required by a large Manufacturing Client based out of the Northern Home Counties.
Key experiences include:
- A background in turning around a failing operation.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement strategy and delivery.
- Experience of Manufacturing sites ideally FMCG.
- People focused change management.
- Implementing new processes and ways of working to achieve rapid change / improvement.
This is an initial six month interim assignment starting within the next two weeks.
