A leading not-for-profit housing association is hiring for a Head of Transformation to focus on the deployment phase of a large transformation.
You will be leading the deployment and front-end activity of the multi-year, multi-million £ transformation programme, which will fundamentally improve ways of working and transform the services to their customer and residents.
You will lead on the planning, managing and coordinating the deployment phases of the transformation roadmap. This will include leading and co-ordinating all of the activities required to ensure the objectives and benefits of the programme really come to fruition, including change readiness, end user engagement, user acceptance testing and colleague training.
Key experience required:
Leadership – Strong and experienced leader of both direct and indirect reports
Extensive Business Transformation and Change Management experience – planning, dependency management, resource, people, change, supplier, budget and business case management
Portfolio, Programme and Project Management – Highly experienced and knowledgeable in portfolio, programme and project management frameworks and methods, and deep experience in their application in a large, complex setting
Technology and Data Architecture – Good grasp of the key aspects and activities associated with business transformation and change, in the context of technology and data architecture (enterprise and solution). Ideally with particular experience of dealing with a complex, large business landscape and its simplification
Data Standards, Data Governance and Data Quality – Experience in and with a good understanding of the principles, purpose and implications of data standards, data governance and data quality management practices, particularly in the context of business transformation and change in a large, complex and ideally, regulated setting
Communication and Influencing – Highly adept at communication through all media, at all levels, internally and externally
Housing association and local authority experience is highly desirable but not essential.
