A global CPG business is hiring for a Head of Strategy – Digital Operations for their operations division, based in Lausanne.

full relocation provided

As Head of Strategy – Digital Operations you will be responsible for creating a digital strategy across supply chain and will partner with strategy and project delivery directors to aid in its delivery along with other transformational projects.

The role involves operationally running projects including setting up scrum teams, clearing the scope of delivery for sprints, and running boards. It requires an individual to be innovative, constantly identifying new opportunities and converting them into an attainable pipeline.

Key Experience:
– Experience up to senior manager level or similar, from a top tier consulting firm OR
– 10+ yrs of successful work experience in strategy and transformation at scale (global functions/large market) within FMCG/Consumer electronics/E-Commerce/Manufacturing industries
– Experience of creating digital solutions across supply chain functional areas
– Masters or MBA
– The ability to provide strategic thinking skills and influence / communicate effectively
– Knowledge of cutting edge digital tools and technologies
