Head of Strategy, Digital Analytics
A global FMCG business is hiring for a new Head of Strategy for their digital analytics function.
London based – hybrid working
£120k – £135k base + 18% bonus
Working across the global business within the operations function, the Head of Strategy will design and build the digital strategy as part of a wider transformation in supply chain, logistics and manufacturing.
You will be responsible to identify, prioritise and deliver digital & analytics initiatives for operations / supply chain. You will quantify and show the value on cost, service, cash, speed, and other benefits these initiatives will deliver.
Projects include: supply chain business process transformation, sustainability initiatives, digital automation tools, digital logistics control tower, analytics data lake and many more.
-10+ years of work experience in Strategy, Transformation and Project/Programme Management
-At least 3 years of experience in creating digital strategies & solutions in a large, global business
-The ability to lead and influence senior management
-A background in operations, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing
-Knowledge in digital tools and technologies
-Ability to lead internal and external teams
-Problem solving & strategic thinking skills
-Top tier consulting or strategy house background
-Master’s degree and/or MBA
-Industry 4.0 / digital supply chain
