A leading residential housing developer is hiring for a new Director of Change & Transformation.

£110k-£120k

London based with hybrid working

This is a brand-new position and an exciting opportunity to deliver a new target operating model that includes a significant business and technology roadmap.

The Director of Change & Transformation will deliver this group-wide and will move the business to a simpler and more efficient way of working.

As the Director of Change & Transformation you will enable the successful delivery of the Transformation and Change portfolio, providing leadership, co-ordination, and execution across the group. You will act as the senior figurehead for Transformation and Change and working in close collaboration across group, to ensure delivery is on time, on budget, to objectives, in support of the corporate strategy.

Key Experience required:

-10+ years of change and transformation experience

-A strong project and programme management background

-Large-scale technology and business transformation experience

-Leading end-to-end strategic initiatives in a large, complex business from inception to deployment

-Expert grasp of applying Business Improvement and Continuous Improvement methodologies

-A solid understanding of Technology and Data Architecture applicable within business transformation and change programmes and portfolios

-Delivering new Target Operating Models

– Able to draw on and apply data and insight in decision making

-The ability to get stuff done and deliver change through others

Desirable:

-Experience of working for a Housing association / residential property developer

-Experience in the procurement of new technology systems
