Delivery Consultant – Change & Transformation

We have ambitious growth plans, and are hiring a Delivery Consultant to join the team, based in the North East.  

This is not a 360 sales role – the focus is on candidate experience, intelligent market mapping and high-quality delivery. 

What you will be doing:

• Build and manage a pipeline of high-calibre candidates  

• Conduct in-depth screening and shortlist management 

• Partner closely with our Business Development team to deliver on live mandates 

• Market map the transformation and technology markets 

• Provide market-leading candidate care and aftercare 

You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional shortlists – our focus is quality over quantity.
