A leading commercial real estate firm is recruiting for a Comms and Engagement Manager.

-The role is remote with occasional visits to the office in London


The comms and engagement manager works as part of the Change Management team and will support the Change Leads on delivery of change communication activities across a portfolio of projects.

This is a hybrid role where you will be supporting the analysis of change and all related communications needs across the portfolio and interconnected projects.

You will be developing of robust communications and engagement strategy and plan aligned to the project plan and time frames.

You will ensure that all communications activity across interconnected projects is coordinated effectively to minimise impact on readers and messaging is clear, consistent, and necessary.

You will work on training materials, how they are stored and communicated to products going into BAU.

Key Experience required:

-A solid background in communications within a change environment

-Experience in digital employee tools e.g. SharePoint, teams etc.

-The ability to design and execute communications to drive employee engagement

-A creative side to your experience with how things are presented via posters/marketing etc

-Excellent written communication skills

-The ability to write for C suite but the ability to adapt to differing styles employee
