Commercial Manager
Salary £60,000 + 30% Annual Bonus
Hybrid – London – 2 days on site
The opportunity exists for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Commercial Manager to join the Product team, to add value to our growth activities. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and have demonstrable experience working within a fast paced, demanding environment.
Key Role Responsibilities.
As part of the Product team, you will be responsible for:
Acting as the Owner of our products and using your entrepreneurial mindset to drive new opportunities and projects to deliver business growth
Managing projects from initiation through to delivery, working with all functions of our business
Developing and owning business cases for key strategic decisions that will have direct impact on product performance
Supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives, working closely with stakeholders on project prioritisation and establishing implementation roadmaps
Conduct comprehensive business analyses using data to determine issues and performance.
Validate analyses by understanding the market, customers, suppliers, and competitors
Developing new products and services to respond to changing customer behaviours
Bachelor’s degree in either Business, Engineering, Finance, or Economics or related field degree.
Previous experience in a commercially minded role (product, strategy, commercial management, consultancy)
A naturally analytical person with a proven ability to problem solve and who can work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and overcome challenging circumstances with a determination to succeed
Excellent communication skills and proven experience in influencing a wide range of stakeholders
Highly proficient in Microsoft suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Key Skills
Strong analytical rigger Involved with big data-analyse, manipulate it and analyse it.
Beyond this Not purely analytical – needs genuine commercial flairs with creative thinking.
Someone who has delivered something tangible perhaps implemented products beyond that blue sky thinking.
Very Commercial – the correct candidate won’t be defining the strategy but implementing the strategy.
