A leading global real estate firm are looking for a Change Manager to join their finance transformation team.

This role works as part of the central Change Management team and will assist in delivering the Finance Target Operating Model (TOM), working with the wider Finance team and the business.

Key experience:

Must have Finance Transformation experience
7-10 years change management experience
Finance background, preferably with ACCA/CIMA qualifications etc
Excellent written comms, ability to craft messages to finance teams and stakeholder management
Can workshop change impacts and summarise for senior audience
Worked on Target Operating Models (ToM) to understand finance landscape
