Head of Change

A global retail and restaurant business is looking for a new Head of Change to join their growing change and transformation function.

Based in North London and required to be onsite 3-4 days per week.

£110-£130k + benefits and bonus.

The Head of Change will lead change in the business whilst embedding the new processes and developing a project management and change culture.

The team is small but high performing and will focus on connecting people across the large, complex business to deliver projects in the right way, achieving goals. You will work collaboratively with colleagues in the business, being capable of being both hands on and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Key experience:

-10+ years of change management and project management experience

-The ability to act as a change agent in a large, complex business

-Customer focused

-Worked in large businesses within retail/FMCG/consumer/hospitality/similar

-Strategic thinker

-The ability to influence at all levels

-Financially literate and able to working with complex data and budgets
