A Programme Manager is required for a not-for profit housing association based in Stratford, Sidcup, or Manchester.

The Programme Manager will work on a large transformation programme, helping to deliver a new target operating model and establish a new way of working. You will support the development, co-ordination, and execution of plans and deliverables and ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:
– Highly adept at communication at all levels, internally and externally
– Experience of setting budgets, forecasting, and financial planning
– Knowledgeable in change management techniques and application
– Capable at identifying business performance and improvement methodologies and establishing excellent processes
– An ability to apply data and insight in decision making
