Agile: 2-3 days in office p/week

One of the UK’s leading companies in the Music and Entertainment industry is seeking a Business Change Manager.

The Business Change Manager will be a vital player in a large transformation project, responsible for the business change stream within the Projects team. From planning to implementation and evaluation, the role holder will have the opportunity to establish themselves in an exciting market, making a meaningful impact on employees, stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct change impact analysis and business transition planning for delivery of projects
• Identify, manage and collaborate with key stakeholders and resources to create a change network
• Establish change readiness in various parts of the business
• Identify and mitigate adoption risks
• Support departments in day-to-day duties, working positively and cooperatively
• Conduct quality assurance and continuous improvement processes to measure project adoption success

Key experience required:

• 2 years + experience in a Change Management role on a large-scale programme or series of smaller projects (or 1 year + in a project management role with a heavy focus on the business change aspects of projects)
• Some experience of process development
• Competent in the use of all standard MS applications, Confluence, Salesforce
• Demonstratable understanding of how to successfully land change within business teams and the potential barriers to this
• Managing Projects and Resources.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills. Relationship Management. Embraces Change
• Self-motivated/uses initiative. Positive and approachable. An interest in developing others
• Educated to Degree level
