Our client, A large not-for-profit undertaking an unprecedented transformation across their organisation and their Business Analysts will play a fundamental role in this exciting programme.
This role will be working across a number of strategic projects managing the business analysis and engaging senior stakeholders.
Review and analyse the organisation’s business, including its business intentions, business services, business processes and information needs in order to develop business requirements definitions and user stories.
Identify business benefits to result from process changes and how they will be measured
Facilitate communication between project and business stakeholders, developers and software application engineers
Support the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues
Process mapping and analysis techniques to include modelling and agile working
Relevant Business Analysis qualification
Proven ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
A self-starter with excellent time management and organisational skills
